If you decide we’re the right travel designer for you, we’ll send over our Design Fee and begin our research. You’ll receive a detailed itinerary proposal from us, which you’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on—so we can perfect your proposal for you.

Fill It with Color
Once you say “yes!” to your final itinerary, we’ll lock in your travel dates and keep track of deposits. We’ll book and bring together all your trip details, large and small, for a seamless escape—from your flights and accommodations to private transfers, tours, restaurant reservations, event tickets, and more.

What is your fee for your design services?
We ask for a Planning Fee before we begin designing your journey; this fee covers our time spent researching your options, liaising with our travel partners, crafting your itinerary and—of course!—supporting you all along the way. This fee differs depending on the type of trip you’re after, and we’ll share it with you during our complimentary consultation call together.
